Full Stack .NET Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Development:

  Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable full-stack solutions using

  .NET (C#, VB)

  for the back-end and

  ReactJS

  for the front-end.

• Modernization:

  Modernize and re-platform legacy on-premise components and integrations to ensure seamless compatibility with the new cloud-based UKG Pro architecture.

• API Development:

  Develop secure, high-performance APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and reusable components, ensuring adherence to secure coding practices and web security standards.

• Collaboration & Integration:

  Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product) to ensure smooth, efficient integration between the front-end, back-end, and various data layers.

• Quality Assurance:

  Perform thorough unit testing, debugging, performance tuning, and continuous maintenance of applications.

• Agile Documentation & Workflow:

  Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies, code reviews (following MWoW practices), maintain technical documentation in

  Confluence

  , and track work progress efficiently using

  JIRA

  .

Required Knowledge & Skills

• Core Full Stack:

  Strong hands-on experience in

  .NET (C#, VB)

  development coupled with proven experience in

  ReactJS

  .

• API & Security:

  Good understanding and practical experience with

  REST and SOAP APIs

  ,

  Authentication/OIDC

  , and core web security standards.

• Database:

  Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases such as

  Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server

  .

• Front-End Essentials:

  Proficiency in standard front-end technologies:

  HTML, CSS, JavaScript

  , and developing responsive user interfaces.

• Agile Tools:

  Familiarity with

  Apigee, JIRA, and Confluence

  for effective agile project execution and collaboration.

Good-to-Have Skills (A Plus)

• Knowledge of

  and the

  Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

  ecosystem.
• Experience using database migration and schema management tools like
