Full stack Lead Engineer (Relevant 8 to 10 Years)

We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer for our Kolhapur location. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting applications that improve the omnichannel experience for end users as well as the systems integrating with our services, including Payments and Marketplaces. Reporting to the On-site Engineering Manager, you will collaborate with highly skilled engineers, cross-functional teams, technical leads, and solution architects. Together, you will brainstorm, architect, and implement scalable omni-channel solutions and design patterns to address complex business challenges.

Job Responsibilities:

Technical design, development and delivery of complex features and enhancement of omni channel Payment and Marketplace APIs.

Develop secure and high-quality production code and actively participate in code review and test solutions to ensure it meets best practice specifications.

Engage with onsite team to syncup on the tasks, share status updates and review the completeness of those tasks.

Work across entire tech stack from enterprise applications services to data base.

Collaborate with cross functional teams in the interest of project progress Architects, Devops, Network team, Project Managers, Product managers, Quality Assurance, Performance Engineering, Technical leads.

Contribute to the overall system design, architecture, security, scalability, reliability and performance of the API.

Participate in sprint releases with close to zero tolerance on delivery slippages.

Able to quickly understand the business domain for dotcom and retail channels.

Proactively monitor, identify, isolate and resolve problems to avoid impact on the business.

Ensure all teams related incident tickets are handled appropriately within the SLA

What we are Looking for:

8+ years of hands-on experience in planning, designing, developing and delivering enterprise solutions with excellent debug and troubleshooting skills.

Strong experience with Java/J2EE, microservices, Spring, APIGEE, Spring Boot frameworks and other web related technologies

Strong experience in Full stack development using ReactJS, NodeJs (Server side), Javascript.

First-hand experience for designing, building, deploying and managing RESTful using JSON message structures and Graphl QL based integration.

Hands-on experience in using AI (Vibe coding), knowledge of MCP servers, use of github and designing cloud-based applications using micro services architecture and best practices preferably on MS Azure cloud platform.

Highly preferred if you have experience with decomposing monolith application into micro services.

Hands-on experience with Istio service mesh, Feign client for third party calls, service discovery, Prometheus and Azure logging.

Implemented monitoring and alerts dashboards using Splunk, Nagios, Grafana, and App Dynamics

Hands-on experience with queueing, caching and streaming solutions such as Kafka, Coherence, etc

Hands-on experience with My SQL, MS SQL and any other No SQL databases

Ability to identify performance bottlenecks and use good coding standards and design patterns to avoid them in the first place

Working experience with GitHub, Jenkins, Jmeter, Argocd, Artifactory and other dev ops related tools & applications.

Highly self-motivated, independent, efficient and work under pressure with a solid sense for setting priorities

Ability to work in a fast-paced (startup like) agile development environment

Friendly, articulate, and interested in working in a fun, small team environment

Experience working in the retail industry with a large-scale enterprise organization, ecommerce, marketing and self-serviceable applications will be a plus

BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
