Full Stack Engineer

In this role as a Senior/Lead Full Stack Engineer at RSB Healthcare Consulting, you will be a crucial part of leading the development of a next-generation healthcare platform focusing on agentic features, server-less architectures, and scalable systems. **Key Responsibilities:** - Architect, develop, and deploy full-stack applications using modern web technologies such as React, Next.js, and Python (with Fast-API preferred). - Build robust and scalable server-less backend services utilizing AWS Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, S3, and SQS. - Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces optimized for performance and accessibility on the frontend. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, present technology during client demos, internal reviews, and industry events. - Maintain clean, modular, and well-documented code on GitHub with proper version control and collaboration practices. - Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment using GitHub Actions or AWS CodePipeline. - Work closely with designers, product managers, and developers across functions and geographies. - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, contributing to technical excellence across the team. - Participation in product demos, stakeholder meetings, and conferences as a technical lead for client engagement responsibilities. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum of 5 years of experience in full stack development, preferably in high-impact or product leadership roles. - Proficiency in React, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Python, and frameworks like Fast-API. - Hands-on experience with AWS services and familiarity with server-less architecture best practices. - Excellent command over Git, GitHub collaboration, and strong verbal and written communication skills. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with containerization (Docker), basic knowledge of AWS ECS, experience in building agentic or AI-driven workflows, and a background in the healthcare industry or Health-Tech product experience.
