Senior/Lead Full Stack Engineer (React, Next.js, Python, AWS)

As a Senior/Lead Full Stack Engineer at RSB Healthcare Consulting, you will have the opportunity to lead the development of a next-generation healthcare platform focusing on agentic features, server-less architectures, and scalable systems. RSB Healthcare Consulting is a fast-growing healthcare solutions provider that is revolutionizing the revenue cycle management (RCM) space through automation, analytics, and AI-powered platforms. Your role will involve designing, developing, and deploying full-stack applications using modern web technologies such as React, Next.js, and Python (Fast-API preferred). You will be responsible for both frontend and backend development, including infrastructure setup and CI/CD implementation. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is crucial, and you will play a key role in showcasing the technology during client demos, internal reviews, and industry events. Key Responsibilities: - Architect, develop, and deploy applications using React, Next.js, and Python - Build robust, scalable services using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, S3, and SQS - Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces optimized for performance and accessibility - Maintain clean, modular, and well-documented code on GitHub with proper version control - Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment - Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers across functions and geographies - Support and guide junior engineers, contributing to technical excellence - Participate in product demos, stakeholder meetings, and conferences as a technical lead Required Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of experience in full stack development, preferably in high-impact or product leadership roles - Expertise in React, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 - Strong proficiency in Python, Fast-API, designing REST APIs, and asynchronous workflows - Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, and SQS - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, and deployment workflows - Excellent command over Git and GitHub collaboration - Strong verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactions and presentations Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with Docker, AWS ECS, and building agentic or AI-driven workflows - Experience in the healthcare industry or Health-Tech product development What We Offer: - Competitive Salary - Professional growth opportunities with mentorship and learning programs - Leadership role in cutting-edge healthcare innovation - Collaborative and inclusive work environment encouraging creativity and ownership,
