Job Description

We are seeking experienced and highly skilled Full Stack Engineers with strong proficiency in React/Next.js on the frontend and Python (Django/FastAPI) on the backend.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable applications and implementing robust automated testing frameworks. Great attention to detail
Should be able to dictate, manage, track progress of the team
Conduct code reviews
Ability to work with the project management team for essential project management
Experience in working in Agile projects - with familiarity with tools such Jira
Ready to work on technologies, platforms and frameworks as required on future projects
Strong work ethic and commitment to meet deadlines and support team members meet goals
Be flexible with working across time zones with overseas customers if required
5+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
Strong expertise in React, Next.js, and component-based architecture.
Proficiency in Redux for state management.
Solid backend development experience using Python, particularly Django or FastAPI.
Hands-on experience with Playwright for UI automation testing.
Strong knowledge of Pytest and Requests frameworks for API and backend testing.
Good understanding of RESTful services, microservices patterns, and scalable architecture.
Familiarity with Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.Experience working with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Knowledge of Docker or containerized application deployment.
Understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.
