hands-on Full Stack Engineer

who can build high-quality user interfaces, scalable backend services, and support real-time, collaborative features.

Technical Skills

Required

3+ years of experience in
Full Stack development
Strong proficiency in
React + TypeScript
Hands-on experience with
Node.js or Python
backend development
Experience designing and consuming
REST APIs

Proficiency in database design (

PostgreSQL, MongoDB

)

Experience using
Redis
for caching or session management
Hands-on experience with
Docker
and CI/CD pipelines
Strong understanding of Git workflows and clean coding practices

Good to Have

Experience with
Monaco Editor or CodeMirror
Exposure to
WebSockets / real-time systems
Familiarity with
GraphQL
Exposure to
Kubernetes
(deployment/debugging level)
Experience integrating
AI/LLM APIs
Experience building developer tools or internal platforms

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development

Build responsive, high-performance web applications using
React / Next.js with TypeScript
Integrate and customize
Monaco Editor or CodeMirror
for code-editing experiences
Implement real-time features using
WebSockets / Socket.io
Develop reusable UI components and maintain consistent design patterns
Optimize frontend performance for large files and complex workflows

Backend Development

Design and develop
REST APIs
for product features and integrations
Build backend services using
Node.js (Express/NestJS) or Python (FastAPI)
Implement authentication, authorization, and user/session management
Work with
PostgreSQL
for data persistence and
Redis
for caching
Implement background jobs and asynchronous processing using
BullMQ
or similar tools

Platform & Deployment

Containerize applications using
Docker
Work with
CI/CD pipelines
(GitHub Actions / GitLab CI)
Deploy and debug applications on
AWS or GCP
Collaborate with platform/DevOps teams on Kubernetes-based deployments
Add basic observability using
OpenTelemetry
for logs and metrics
