Full Stack Engineer

As a Flutter Developer at Instrive, a Chennai-based start-up specializing in Dev-ops solutions, you will play a crucial role in developing cutting-edge applications for both mobile and web platforms. Your focus will be on real-time communication technologies like WebRTC and websockets, contributing to our ambitious product roadmap and creating high-quality user experiences worldwide. **Responsibilities:** - Develop, test, and deploy fast and scalable web apps. - Design and maintain fully functional large relational and non-relational databases. - Identify and address production and non-production application issues during deployment. - Deploy applications on AWS cloud and troubleshoot hosting-related issues efficiently. - Establish, refine, and integrate development environment tools and software. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design robust apps aligning with business goals. - Create Unit and Integration tests to ensure code quality. - Test applications, fix bugs, and implement security and data protection features. - Make code architecture decisions for scalability and performance optimization. - Utilize popular front-end frameworks like Bootstrap, Angular Material, etc., for designing UI components. - Participate in the creation of scalable REST APIs and conduct code reviews. **Skills and Experience:** - Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience as an MERN Stack developer. - Proficiency in MongoDB, ExpressJS, React, NodeJS, and D3. - Strong knowledge of Redux React.js workflows, React hooks, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, AWS, GIT, etc. - Familiarity with MUI and its functionalities. - Experience with automated build and testing tools like Jest/Mocha/Jasmine. - Solid programming skills with a focus on robust design. - Expertise in application architecture, server management, responsive design, etc. - Understanding of DB architecture, Agile methodologies, and client-server procedures. - Server management skills. **Good to Have:** - Understanding of web design, usability, and accessibility standards. - SCRUM Master certification. - Portfolio showcasing various areas of interaction. - Design knowledge including user flows, wireframes, and graphical display. - Experience in developing for mobile platforms and high-traffic web applications. - Knowledge of test automation tools like Selenium or Cucumber. - Familiarity with monitoring tools like Kibana, Splunk, Dynatrace. **Soft Skills:** - Excellent communication skills. - Strong critical thinking and time management abilities. - Effective team player. - Proficient problem-solving and analytical skills. - Collaborative approach towards achieving business goals. - Ability to contribute effectively both independently and as part of a team.
