Full Stack Engineer

About the Role:

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and optimize scalable digital commerce solutions. You will work closely with product and platform teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and robust backend functionality across our Ecommerce ecosystem.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years to 9+ years of experience as an Engineer.


• At least 5+ years of experience building modern web applications.


• Strong experience with JavaScript, React, React Native, HTML, CSS, and Node. js


• Solid understanding of modern ECMAScript (ES2015+) features and best practices.


• Proficiency in RESTful web services and responsive web design.


• Familiarity with cloud-native development, containerization and CI/CD.


• In-depth knowledge of secure coding practices and performance optimization.


• Experience building SSR systems using plain Node/Express or custom rendering pipelines.


• Proficient with relational and NoSQL databases, PL/SQL, SQL scripts, and integration interfaces.


• Strong understanding of development methodologies, complex coding structures, and database principles.


• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.


• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


• Experience with headless commerce platforms (e. g. , Commerce Tools)


• Expertise in building scalable microservices and event-driven solutions.


• Exposure to search engines (e. g. , Cora, Algolia, Elastic), CMS, and DAM/PIM systems.


• Knowledge of retail grocery or omni-channel fulfilment workflows.
