Summary:As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize innovative solutions that enhance client services. You will leverage new technologies and methodologies to address complex business challenges, all while maintaining a cloud-first and agile mindset. Engaging in continuous learning and adapting to evolving technologies will be key components of your role, ensuring that you remain at the forefront of industry advancements.

Deliver high-quality, maintainable code that meets implementation requirements and adheres to best practices.

Contribute to system architecture and design, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.

Collaborate closely with team members to define, refine, and plan the next steps of the project.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Continuously evaluate and implement best practices in software development.

Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.

Skills:

Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps, Java Full Stack Development.

Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience with backend frameworks and databases, ensuring seamless integration.

Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and deployment strategies.

8+ years of hands-on experience in software development, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality solutions.

Must have extensive expertise in Azure Cloud application development, including deployment, scaling, and monitoring of cloud-native applications.

Must have extensive expertise in .NET Core, with deep understanding of backend development and API design.

Should have experience with ASP.NET Core Blazor for building interactive web UIs using C#.

Should have solid understanding of cloud architecture, including cloud infrastructure, networking, and security principles.

Should have familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and automated deployment practices.

Should have strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and explain technical concepts clearly.

Nice to have Data literacy, including the ability to interpret, analyse, and work with data in various formats.

Nice to have Full-stack development capabilities, including experience with front-end frameworks and databases.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
