Full Stack Developer

You are a Full Stack developer who plays a key role in the team, keeping up with the latest technologies, and being passionate about programming and writing clean code. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are dedicated to delivering top-notch software solutions. You will be based in Pune and your responsibilities include designing the overall architecture of web and mobile applications, ensuring the quality and responsiveness of applications, collaborating with the engineering team to introduce new features, maintaining coding standards and organization, developing mobile applications using hybrid technologies, training the team on the latest technologies and practices, and conducting code refactoring. To excel in this role, you must possess strong programming, logical, and analytical skills. You should be proficient in server-side object-oriented languages like Ruby, Java, have extensive experience with Ruby on Rails framework, and be skilled in using React JS and React Native. Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of web fundamentals such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, be adept at implementing the best design patterns, and have knowledge of all stages of software development. Experience with functional programming languages like closure, scala, code versioning tools like Git, JavaScript libraries like jQuery, front-end frameworks like Foundation or Bootstrap, CSS preprocessors like Sass or LESS, JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS, Vue.js, or Ember, JS-based build tools like Grunt, Gulp, Bower, MEAN stack, development for both mobile and desktop, AJAX, API design and development, RESTful services, database technologies including MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, web server technologies like Node.js, Apache, Nginx, ISS, and automated deployments using Capistrano or similar tools are highly desirable.
