Position: Full Stack Developer (React Spring) Location: Mumbai - Vikhroli Experience: 4+ years Job Summary We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong experience in React.js (Frontend) and Spring Boot Microservices (Backend) to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will not only be proficient in building scalable web applications from end to end but should also be able to guide and mentor team members , participate in architectural discussions, and drive technical excellence across the stack. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React.js and Spring Boot microservices . Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code on both frontend and backend. Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservice communication strategies. Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and responsiveness. Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, CI/CD, and deployment. Take ownership of modules and provide architectural guidance and technical direction. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers in the team. Troubleshoot and debug production issues across services and stacks. Stay up-to-date with modern trends and tools in full-stack development. Requirements 5+ years of overall experience in full-stack web development. Strong experience with React.js , including hooks, functional components, and state management (e.g., Redux, Context API). Solid understanding of Spring Boot , Spring Security, and Microservices architecture . Experience with RESTful APIs , JSON, and API security best practices. Hands-on experience with relational databases (MySQL). Familiarity with Docker , CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure). Strong problem-solving skills, architectural thinking, and debugging capabilities. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Ability to guide and mentor team members and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Education BE / B.Tech. in Computer Science or IT with 1 st class
