Full Stack Developer Trainer

As a Full Stack Developer Trainer at Poornima University, Jaipur, you will be responsible for conducting technical sessions in workshop mode for 3rd-year B.Tech+FDA students, commencing from July 2024. Your role will be crucial in imparting the latest industry-relevant skills in full-stack development to students through hands-on workshops held on-campus. You will design and deliver workshop-style technical sessions covering various full-stack development topics such as front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue.js), MERN Foundation, back-end technologies (Node.js, Python/Django, Ruby on Rails, Java/Spring), database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB), API design and integration, version control systems (Git), deployment, and DevOps practices. Moreover, you will create practical assignments and projects that enhance students" comprehension and application of full-stack development concepts. In addition to conducting technical sessions, you will provide mentoring and guidance to students on their individual or group projects related to full-stack development. Evaluating students" progress and offering constructive feedback for improvement will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with faculty members to align technical sessions with the curriculum and learning objectives of the B.Tech+FDA program is essential. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role, with hands-on expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies. Proficiency in web development languages and frameworks, familiarity with modern development tools and environments, knowledge of cloud platforms, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines are required. Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to students, a passion for teaching and mentoring, and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field are essential.
