Full Stack Developer – Senior Software Engineer (Node.js + React.js)

Synechron is seeking a skilled and committed Full Stack Developer specialized in Node.js and React.js to join our innovative technology team. Software Requirements

Required Software Skills:

• js (TypeScript preferred)
• js (v14+ recommended)
• JavaScript & TypeScript (ES6+)
• HTML5, CSS3, and CSS pre-processors (SASS, LESS) or CSS-in-JS (Styled Components, Emotion)

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in full-stack development with React.js and Node.js
• Proven success in building responsive and enterprise-grade web applications
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and Microservices architectures
• Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases, especially MongoDB
• Familiarity with cloud deployment, container orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of banking, retail, or financial services domains is a plus
• Experience with performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting complex distributed systems

Day-to-Day Activities

• Develop user interfaces and backend services aligned with project specifications
• Participate in Agile sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and code reviews
• Automate deployment processes, monitor application health, and optimize performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical solutions
• Continuously review code for quality, security, and efficiency
• Document technical workflows, design decisions, and API specifications
• Stay updated on industry trends to incorporate best practices into development processes

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Equivalent professional experience in relevant roles
