Full Stack Developer

Role Overview: As a Fullstack Engineer on the HomewiseDocs platform, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-quality web applications to ensure exceptional user experiences. Working closely with a cross-functional team, your role will involve implementing features from concept to deployment, with a strong emphasis on clean architecture, performance, and maintainability. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a subject matter expert in specific areas of the problem domain - Promote a culture of innovation within the team, nurturing new ideas and supporting engineers through mentorship - Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into robust and maintainable technical solutions - Act as a productive hands-on contributor, building new features and enhancing existing functionality within the HomeWiseDocs platform - Investigate and resolve technical issues to ensure reliability and performance in production environments - Develop project plans in collaboration with technical leads and stakeholders, participating in resource planning - Ensure seamless integration of back office services and customer-facing features by working with cross-functional teams Qualifications: - 4+ years of experience in developing customer-facing software, from project planning to successful delivery of key features - Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES2025) - Extensive experience with Node.js, Express, and GraphQL - Skills in React, Apollo, responsive UI development, and adherence to accessibility standards - Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS - Working knowledge of Docker for containerization and development workflows - Experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL - Experience in platform migrations, transitioning from legacy monolithic applications to modern, modular architectures using React and Node.js - Solid understanding of web application security best practices, including authentication, authorization, data protection, and mitigation of common vulnerabilities (e.g., XSS, CSRF, SQL injection) - Hands-on experience in consuming REST web services and APIs - Experience with modern tools such as NPM, Vite - Experience with testing tools like Jest and Cypress,
