Role & responsibilities Job location : offshore in India Partner firm office available in : Chennai / Hyderabad / Navi Mumbai / Nashik / Noida / Kolkatta / Pune / Bangalore / Haryana, Ahmedabad. Skills List: Backend Development: Proficiency in Python , with hands-on experience in frameworks such as Django and FastAPI Strong foundation in core Python programming concepts, including OOP , decorators , generators , and context managers Experience with data manipulation and analysis using libraries like Pandas (DataFrames) and NumPy for numerical computing Familiarity with data serialization formats and tools (e.g., pickle, json, yaml) Comfortable working with Jupyter Notebooks for prototyping and debugging Strong knowledge of Java , particularly using the Spring Boot framework / Jersey APIs Experience developing backend services using Node.js Solid understanding of multithreading , concurrency , and asynchronous programming (e.g., asyncio, Java concurrency utilities) Strong debugging skills using tools like pdb , PyCharm Debugger , JVM debuggers , or Node.js Inspector Experience with profiling and optimizing backend. Familiarity with memory management , garbage collection , and thread-safe programming practices Experience with caching mechanisms (e.g., Redis) to optimize performance and reduce database load Skilled in designing scalable , fault-tolerant , and high-availability architectures Frontend Development: Solid experience with React.js for building modern web interfaces Solid experience in HTML,CSS,Javascript System & DevOps: Advanced Linux skills, including shell scripting and system-level operations Proficient in using Docker for containerization Experience with Keycloak for Single Sign-On (SSO) and authentication/authorization management Familiarity with Grafana for monitoring and observability Databases: Working knowledge of MongoDB , SQL Server , MSSQL ,and MySQL Expertise in writing advanced SQL queries , performance optimization, and indexing strategies Search & Observability: Experience with Elasticsearch for full-text search and analytics AI/ML (Preferred but Not Mandatory): Familiarity with Python-based machine learning and deep learning libraries such as scikit-learn , TensorFlow , PyTorch , and LSTM Understanding of data preprocessing , model tuning , and deployment workflows System Integration & API Development: Strong experience integrating with third-party systems using REST and SOAP (XML-based Web Services) Proficient in handling various authentication mechanisms including OAuth2 , JWT , and SAML Solid understanding of data serialization formats such as JSON and XML Skilled in building secure , scalable , and reliable API-based integrations General Skills Solid grasp of Object-Oriented Programming and Design Patterns Clean Code principles and best practices Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills Git version control, CI/CD pipelines Agile methodologies and sprint-based development Strong communication and documentation skills Preferred candidate profile Excellent communication skills essentially needed for the role.
