Full-Stack Developer

As a Full-Stack Developer at our company, you will play a crucial role in developing scalable end-to-end software solutions. Your responsibilities will include architecting, developing, and maintaining robust backend services using Node.js and NestJS, as well as creating modern, responsive frontend applications using NextJS/ReactJS. You should be a proactive problem-solver who is passionate about technology and enjoys mentoring others. - Architect, develop, and maintain robust and scalable software solutions for both backend services and frontend applications. - Design and implement secure, efficient RESTful APIs and microservices using the NestJS framework. - Build responsive, high-performance, and user-friendly frontend applications with modern JavaScript frameworks like React or NextJS. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. - Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security throughout the stack. - Lead technical discussions, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of technical excellence. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Qualifications: - 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack capacity. - Strong project management and documentation skills. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills. Technical Skills: Backend Development: - Strong expertise in Node.js and the NestJS framework. - Proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+). - Deep experience in RESTful API design and microservices architecture. - Experience in GraphQL endpoints. - Proven experience with database design, optimization, and management (SQL and NoSQL). - Familiarity with message queuing systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, Redis). Frontend Development: - Proven experience with modern JavaScript frameworks like React, NextJS, or Vue.js. - Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design principles. - Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand). - Knowledge of frontend build tools and bundlers (e.g., Webpack, Vite). DevOps & Tools: - Proficiency with version control using Git. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). - Hands-on experience with Docker, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines. - Experience with unit testing, TDD, and API documentation tools (e.g., Swagger/OpenAPI). Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with GraphQL. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Understanding of advanced cloud architecture patterns. - Experience building real-time applications using WebSockets.
