Roles and Responsibilities Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js (JavaScript/TypeScript) and Express.js . Work on existing Node.js codebases , maintain legacy logic, and improve performance without introducing bugs. Design and develop secure, high-performance RESTful APIs for frontend and third-party integrations. Build and manage microservices architecture for modular, scalable systems. Participate in code reviews , especially reviewing fresher developers' code for quality and structure. Create user-friendly frontend interfaces using React, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, and JavaScript . Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production-level issues collaboratively. Write unit/integration tests and maintain clean, maintainable code . Optimize server performance , deployment pipelines, and DevOps strategy. Technical Requirements: Minimum 2+ years of solid hands-on experience in Node.js development (3+ preferred). Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript , API design, and microservice architecture . Strong working knowledge of MongoDB and MySQL/PostgreSQL databases. Experience with Docker , CI/CD pipelines , and version control via Git/GitHub Actions . Familiarity with AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3) or GCP Cloud Functions is a plus. Comfortable working with Apache/Nginx and understanding web protocols & security best practices . Experience with API documentation tools like Swagger / OpenAPI . Preferred Candidate Profile Only male candidates are considered due to specific project constraints. Must be comfortable communicating in Hindi with team members and clients. Onsite-only role office is located in a remote area ; no WFH option available Strong team spirit , excellent communication , and a solution-oriented mindset .
