Roles and Responsibilities Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar development role Expertise in frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, XML, jQuery, React Strong backend development skills using PHP ( Laravel mandatory , Python optional) Must be comfortable working on existing Laravel projects , maintaining legacy code, and enhancing performance without breaking core logic. Deep knowledge of PHP frameworks like Laravel (preferred) ,CodeIgniter Experience with JavaScript frameworks: React.js, Node.js, or Angular Hands-on experience with database systems like MySQL and MongoDB Understanding of server technologies such as Apache/Nginx Ability to design clean UI/UX and develop user-friendly web applications Excellent communication and teamwork skills Excellent problem-solving mindset and collaborative attitude Strong understanding of API development , security, and performance optimization Preferred Candidate Profile Only male candidates are eligible Must have solid hands-on experience in Laravel (minimum 2+ years, 3+ preferred) Should be able to handle complex Laravel Blade UI, migrations, REST APIs, and advanced queries No work-from-home option available Candidate must be comfortable communicating in Hindi with the team and clients. This is an onsite position , and the office is located in a remote area . Candidates must be willing to work from the office location work from home is not allowed .
