Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 2-3 years of experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in frontend development (React/Vue) and backend development (Python/GoLang), with hands-on experience working with databases like PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

Key responsibilities include:-

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across the full stack.
• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React.js or Vue.js.
• Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask) or GoLang.
• Work with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end features.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize both frontend and backend code.
• Follow coding standards and contribute to best practices.

Qualification:-

• 2-3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong in JavaScript (ES6+), CSS, and modern frontend frameworks (React.js or Vue.js).
• Hands-on experience in backend development with Python or GoLang.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL and MongoDB (schema design, queries, optimization).
• Experience with REST API design & integration.
• Familiarity with server-side concepts, authentication, and security best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Comfortable with Git and modern CI/CD workflows.

Good to have:-

• Knowledge of Next.js for server-side rendering.
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.).
• Familiarity with unit testing and automated testing frameworks.
• Understanding of microservices architecture.
