Full-Stack Developer (MERN Stack)

As a Full-Stack Developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in building scalable web applications using the MERN stack, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining modern web applications at VVIP Flight located in Faridabad. Your responsibilities will include: - Full-Stack Development: Designing, building, and maintaining modern web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. - Frontend Development: Crafting intuitive and responsive UI components with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+). - Backend Development: Creating efficient server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js. - Database Management: Architecting and managing MongoDB databases for seamless data operations. - API Development: Building RESTful and GraphQL APIs to facilitate robust front-end/back-end integration. - Testing & Debugging: Ensuring code quality, debugging issues, and conducting unit/integration testing. - Optimization: Enhancing performance, scalability, and security of web applications. - Collaboration: Working closely with UI/UX designers, project managers, and cross-functional teams. - Documentation: Maintaining comprehensive technical documentation and contributing to best practices. - Mentorship: Guiding and mentoring junior developers and participating in code reviews. Requirements: - At least 5 years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). - Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. - Proven experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs and familiarity with GraphQL. - Experience with version control systems, especially Git. - Solid debugging and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Passion for clean code, continuous learning, and staying updated with industry trends. Nice to Have: - Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS). - Exposure to TypeScript and testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha).
