Full-Stack Developer (MERN Stack)

As a hands-on engineer at our company, you will thrive on shipping features end-to-end in a modern JavaScript/TypeScript environment. You will have the opportunity to work on pixel-perfect UIs in React, high-performance Node.js services, DevOps, AI/LLM experimentation, and solid product-thinking. Collaborating daily with designers, product managers, and clients will be a key part of your role, while ensuring code quality and system reliability. - Deliver production-ready code across the front end (React TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind/Chakra) and back end (Node.js, Express/Nest, GraphQL/REST). - Handle database design and optimization on MongoDB and PostgreSQL. - Automate build, test, and deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps and Docker/Kubernetes. - Champion unit/integration/E2E testing and observability with tools like OpenTelemetry and Grafana. - 2 years of experience building web applications, with proven delivery of at least one large MERN project in production. - Deep knowledge of React, Node.js/Express, JavaScript & TypeScript, including SSR/ISR in Next.js. - Strong data modeling and query skills in MongoDB (Aggregation Framework) and familiarity with PostgreSQL/ MS SQL Server. - Proficiency in HTML5, responsive CSS, bootstrap/tailwind libraries, modern state-management (Redux/Zustand/Recoil), and component testing. - Experience with CI/CD using GitHub Actions, Docker, and at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP). - Understanding of design patterns, microservices, REST API/GraphQL best practices, secure coding, and performance tuning. - Excellent verbal & written communication skills to explain trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
