JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Architect and plan development flows
Auditing for performance, security, optimal coding, and best practices
Plan development module architecture, and code integration
Delegate integration responsibilities to junior developers
Develope (code) primary modules (key modules at level-1 priority)
Audit junior developers codes for performance, security, optimal coding, and best practices
Support in integrating codes to production, maintenance, and change requests
Research on trending practices, technologies, platforms, APIs, and any other relevant change that is deemed necessary

PERSONAL SKILLS

Required:

Willing to learn and upgrade into new technologiess that are trending, required or best suited for a solution at hand
Ready to take the bull by its horns when the going gets tough, like daunting deadlines, challenging technical demands or when the solution is not visible to naked eye
Strong logical thinking

Good to have:

Willing to learn and upgrade into webGL libraries for 3D integration
Willing to learn and upgrade into video streaming systems
Good command over communication, and capable of expressing and explaining oneself to junior developers, other team members and clients if required
Gammer (DOTA score is huge plus)
Bachelor's degree in electronics or computer science

PREFERRED

Minimum 2 years of experience
Proficient in React JS
Experience in problem solving
Experienced in charting a sound logic for development
