Nadcab Labs is a dynamic and innovative team of blockchain enthusiasts based in Prayagraj. Our primary focus is on developing cutting-edge applications for the decentralized world, including smart contracts, decentralized applications (Dapp's), and various DeFi (Decentralized Finance) products. We are dedicated to building robust and secure blockchain solutions.

Job Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack MERN Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in building scalable web applications. You should be strong in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB, with the ability to handle both front-end and back-end development independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications.
Build responsive and interactive UI using modern front-end frameworks
(Reactjs )
Develop and maintain back-end services using Node.js, Express.js.
Integrate databases MongoDB and write efficient queries.
Create and maintain RESTful APIs and handle third-party API integrations.
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and optimization for performance.
Maintain version control using Git/GitHub or GitLab.
Ensure application security, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
3 to 4 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer (Mern)
Strong proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Reactjs
Solid experience with back-end frameworks such as Node.js/Express,
Hands-on experience with databases: MySQL, MongoDB,
Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration.
Understanding of version control (Git) and deployment tools (Docker, AWS)
