Job Description: Ackrolix Innovations is seeking a Senior MERN Stack Developer to join their team and play a crucial role in developing full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js. As a visionary leader, you will lead the AI practice, integrating AI tools into applications and guiding a team of developers towards innovative and scalable solutions. Your responsibilities will include architecting, developing, and deploying robust web applications, enhancing performance and security, implementing RESTful APIs and modern React patterns, managing database design and performance, integrating AI models, leading and mentoring a team, managing client relationships, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring applications are scalable and secure through infrastructure-as-code. Key Responsibilities: - Architect, develop, and deploy web applications using the MERN stack. - Enhance application performance, security, and responsiveness. - Implement RESTful APIs, state management, and modern React patterns. - Manage database design, queries, and performance tuning. - Integrate AI tools and develop AI-powered features. - Lead and mentor a team of developers, focusing on code quality and agile workflows. - Manage client relationships, present technical roadmaps, and gather feedback. - Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud deployment. - Ensure applications are scalable, secure, and maintainable. Qualification Required: Must-Have Technical Skills: - 5+ years of experience in MERN stack development. - Proficiency in React, backend skills, and MongoDB. - Practical experience with AI integration and DevOps. - Strong knowledge of version control and collaborative workflows. Leadership & Soft Skills: - 3+ years of experience leading technical teams. - Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Familiarity with Agile Methodologies. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or GraphQL. - Knowledge of testing frameworks and MLOps tools. - Contributions to open-source projects or technical blogs.
