Job Description

Position - Full Stack Developer( LLM & AI/ML/ Python NLP, Claude,Mistral,RAG ) Group Manager - RNA Design, fine-tune, and deploy LLM-based solutions (e.g., ChatGPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Claude).Integrate LLMs into modern web applications to deliver intelligent user experiences Develop end-to-end full-stack applications using modern web frameworks and RESTful APIs. Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to translate business problems into LLM-based applications. Build and optimize prompt engineering workflows for maximum model performance. Ensure performance, scalability, and security of deployed solutions Stay up to date with the latest advancements in generative AI and web development Must Have: LLM & AI/ML Skills: Deep experience with LLMs (OpenAI GPT, Claude, LLaMA, Mistral, etc.) Expertise in prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) Familiarity with Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar AI frameworks Strong Python programming skills, especially in NLP libraries (e.g., Transformers, SpaCy, PyTorch, TensorFlow) Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate)Web Development: Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) Strong backend development experience (Node.js, Django, Flask, or FastAPI) Hands-on experience building and integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints Strong understanding of web architecture, security, performance optimization.DevOps & Deployment: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)CI/CD pipelines and code quality tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins)General:Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent written and verbal communication.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, innovative environment Ability to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions Leadership experience in mentoring or guiding technical teams Qualifications Masters or Bachelors in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field Experience with production-grade LLM applications (chatbots, agents, copilots, etc.) 8+ years of hands-on experience.
