We are currently in search of a talented Full Stack Developer with expertise in both MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and Python (particularly Django or Flask). The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and overseeing the scalability of web applications, seamlessly integrating frontend and backend elements, and spearheading development projects within a collaborative team setting. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable web applications utilizing MERN Stack and Python frameworks. - Collaborate with various teams such as UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and DevOps professionals. - Write clean, reusable code following industry best practices. - Enhance application performance and scalability. - Utilize RESTful APIs and third-party integrations. - Engage in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers. - Ensure security, data protection, and compliance across all solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues throughout the stack. - Contribute to the platform's architectural and technological advancements. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer. - Proficiency in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). - Strong backend development skills using Python with frameworks like Django or Flask. - Sound knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design. - Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party APIs, and microservices architecture. - Familiarity with database design and performance optimization (SQL and NoSQL). - Good grasp of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Git. - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Excellent communication and collaboration aptitude.
