Full-Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy backend services using

  Java Spring Boot

  .
• Build intuitive and responsive

  front-end interfaces using React

  .
• Integrate with payment gateways, remittance APIs, KYC/AML systems, and third-party service providers.
• Develop microservices, RESTful APIs, and internal tools for system automation.
• Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and security teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Implement security best practices related to

  payments, digital wallets, and data protection

  .
• Work on performance tuning, scalability, and high-availability systems.
• Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and architectural discussions.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and support continuous platform enhancement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 1-3 years of experience

  in full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in:

• Java / Java Spring Boot (microservices, REST APIs)

• React.js (Hooks, Redux, component-based architecture)

• Experience with relational & NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Understanding of security protocols, OAuth2, JWT, encryption, and API access control.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred / Added Advantage:

• Experience in

  Remittance, Cross-border Payments, Digital Wallets, or Fintech

  .
• Knowledge of:
• ISO 20022, compliance workflows (KYC, AML), fraud detection
• Integration with forex engines, payout partners, or aggregator platforms
• Mobile money APIs and payment processors
• Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience in event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
