We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with a strong specialization in front-end technologies, particularly React and Tailwind CSS. In this role, you will build, optimize, and maintain cloud-based platforms and applications that support climate risk solutions. While you will work across both front-end and back-end development, the emphasis will be on crafting intuitive, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces. You ll collaborate closely with data scientists, researchers, and product teams to deliver innovative, data-driven insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement high-quality, responsive user interfaces using React and Tailwind CSS.

Develop and maintain scalable web applications, including back-end integration and data handling.

Implement and maintain RESTful APIs to integrate data from multiple sources, including climate data and real-time analytics.

Work with relational and NoSQL databases to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval for large-scale datasets.

Develop secure, scalable server-side logic, working with cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Collaborate with product managers, researchers, and data scientists to deliver seamless solutions.

Ensure code quality through automated tests and code reviews.

Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in full stack development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Preferably from top-tier engineering institutions like IITs and NITs.

2+ years in full stack development with a focus on front-end frameworks.

Proficiency in React and Tailwind CSS.
