Description
As a Full Stack Developer at PiServe, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing web applications while collaborating with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored technical solutions. Your role will involve direct client interaction, requiring strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities. Key Responsibilities: - Web Application Development: Build and maintain web applications using React, JavaScript, HTML, and PHP. - CMS Management: Work with Drupal to develop and manage CMS-based websites. - Backend Development: Design and implement backend solutions using Java Spring Boot and PHP frameworks. - Client Communication: Interact directly with clients to gather requirements, present solutions, and provide technical guidance. - DevOps Collaboration: Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline deployment processes using Ansible for configuration management. - Infrastructure Management: Work with VMware and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or similar) to ensure reliable and scalable deployments. - Networking Support: Implement and manage networking and IP configurations to support application needs. - Troubleshooting & Optimization: Troubleshoot and optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability. - Documentation & Training: Document technical solutions and provide training/support to clients when necessary. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in full-stack development within an enterprise environment. - Strong expertise in React, JavaScript, and HTML for front-end development. - Proficiency in PHP with experience working on Drupal-based projects. - Solid understanding of Java Spring Boot for backend development. - Proven experience in a client-facing role with excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate client requirements into effective solutions. - Basic knowledge of DevOps practices and hands-on experience with Ansible. - Familiarity with VMware and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, etc.). - Understanding of networking and IP concepts to support infrastructure needs. - Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies is a plus.
