Full stack Developer

Role & responsibilities: : Develop front-end and back-end components for web applications using modern programming languages and frameworks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Design and implement user interfaces that are intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and consistency across projects. Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by users or identified during testing. Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and propose innovative solutions to enhance our products and processes. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and deployment. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget. Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the Digital and Data team and organizational objectives. Preferred candidate profile Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of web development projects. Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angxular, Vue.js). Solid understanding of back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or Java. Experience with database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and ORM frameworks. Knowledge of RESTful API design and development. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform). Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello). Contributions to open-source projects or participation in developer communities. Certifications in relevant technologies or frameworks. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
