Job Description

Role Overview: As a Full Stack Developer at DXFactor, a US-based tech company serving fortune 500 clients worldwide, your role will involve understanding full-stack architecture, designing RESTful APIs, and deploying applications on the cloud. You will be responsible for end-to-end feature development, from database schema design to responsive user interface implementation. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Python (FastAPI / Django / Flask). - Create modern and responsive frontends with React, Tailwind CSS, and component libraries. - Implement and manage RESTful APIs for frontend functionalities. - Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed. - Write clean and efficient code following best practices and CI/CD workflows. - Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security. - Collaborate with designers, product managers, and QA team members to deliver high-quality features. - Actively participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions. Qualification Required: - Minimum of 3 years of full stack development experience. - Proficiency in Python and at least one backend framework such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask. - Solid experience in React.js, including knowledge of hooks, state management (e.g., Redux, Zustand), and component design. - Strong understanding of REST API architecture and development. - Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases. - Familiarity with Docker and basic cloud concepts.,
