Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our technology team at our Org. The role involves building robust, scalable, and innovative digital solutions across web and mobile platforms, while ensuring alignment with our business and technology strategies. You will work closely with engineering leaders, mentor team members, and contribute to delivering world-class software products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineering leaders to define technical requirements aligned with business and technology strategies.
• Design, develop, and enhance cloud-based web and mobile applications using modern frameworks and tools.
• Participate in design sessions and lead code reviews to uphold high engineering standards in observability, documentation, security, and risk management.
• Architect, implement, and deliver backend solutions in Python to support various applications.
• Refine and maintain technical documentation covering architecture, design, policies, standards, and development best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Build responsive, visually appealing, and performance-driven web applications using React, Redux, and TypeScript.
• Develop native mobile applications using Swift (iOS) and/or Kotlin (Android).
• Design and manage databases with a focus on PostgreSQL and Azure Cosmos DB.
• Implement containerization and orchestration using modern tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Set up and maintain Continuous Integration (CI) environments.
• Ensure version control best practices using Git.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven Full Stack Development experience with a strong portfolio of delivered projects.
• Expertise in React, Redux, TypeScript for front-end development.
• Strong knowledge of Android (Kotlin) and/or iOS (Swift) mobile application development.
• Solid backend development skills in Python.
• Experience in containerization & orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong database design skills with PostgreSQL and Azure Cosmos DB.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Proficient with Git version control workflows.
• Problem-solving mindset with a go and figure it out” approach
