Full Stack Developer

As a Fullstack Developer at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable web applications using ReactJS and NodeJS. You will be expected to work across both frontend and backend technologies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality code in an agile environment. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, test, and deploy high-performance, scalable web applications using ReactJS (frontend) and NodeJS (backend). - Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver seamless user experiences. - Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services. - Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and responsiveness. - Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following industry best practices. - Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems. - Contribute to code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions. - Stay up to date with emerging technologies and frameworks. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 7+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer. - Strong proficiency in ReactJS, Redux (or other state management libraries), JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. - Solid backend development experience with NodeJS, ExpressJS, and REST API design. - Hands-on experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL). - Good understanding of authentication, authorization, and security best practices in web apps. - Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus. - Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, agile team environment. Nice to Have: - React Native experience (mobile app development). - Experience with microservices architecture. - Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). - Exposure to testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).
