Sr. Software Engineer

Description:

Desired Skills:

Ability to work independently with effective and proactive communication on task progress (under guidance and leadership of internal Senior Dev)
Experience working with single page web applications and ability to debug/troubleshoot/problem-solve .NET web applications
Experience working with Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code
50/50 split on front-end
(React JS)
and back-end skill set
(.NET)
Back-end focus on C# and MVC (server-side html / razor views)
Front-end focus on standard web development in , React JS, TypeScript, HTML, CSS

Responsibilities:

Proactive communication with internal leads on accomplishments, blockers, and general progress updates
Attending and contributing to SDLC practices such as sprint planning, sprint retro, and daily standups
Independent development of small-medium sized platform enhancements (under direction/guidance of internal team)
Working with dev leads and product managers to understand business/technical requirements
Working with QA team to ensure proper testing of development work and resolving issues found pre-release
Working with development support team and stakeholders to resolve issues found post-release
Demonstrating development work back to stakeholders in development team (low-profile, day-to-day team from above points)
