Full Stack Developer as Tech Lead (ReactJS/NodeJS)

As a Full Stack Developer Tech Lead at a leading IT company based in Jodhpur, you will be responsible for designing and developing responsive web applications. You should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively. Your primary focus will be on developing, mentoring, and reviewing NodeJS and React JS code, ensuring quality through code reviews, and optimizing applications for maximum scalability while maintaining brand consistency. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for application code optimization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and develop responsive web applications - Develop, mentor, and review NodeJS & React JS code - Perform code reviews to ensure quality - Optimize applications for maximum scalability - Identify opportunities for application code optimization **Qualifications Required:** - 2+ years of Tech Lead experience - 5+ years of development experience - Excellent working knowledge of React.js (Flux or Redux), Node.js, Web Socket, Messaging Que, RabbitMQ, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery.
