Full Stack Developer

As an experienced MERN Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable web applications using the MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js stack. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between front-end interfaces and back-end services, delivering high-quality, secure, and performance-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack. - Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.js and modern UI libraries. - Implement reusable components and scalable front-end architecture. - Develop robust back-end APIs and services using Node.js and Express.js. - Integrate and manage MongoDB databases, including schema design and performance optimization. - Ensure end-to-end application performance, responsiveness, and scalability across devices. - Implement secure authentication, authorization, and data protection practices. - Collaborate with UI/UX designers to transform mockups and wireframes into functional applications. - Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality. - Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code reliability and system stability. - Debug and troubleshoot issues across the full technology stack. - Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, builds, and deployments. - Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). - Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize backend processes. - Document system architecture, APIs, and technical workflows for team collaboration and future development. - Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in full-stack development. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience). - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development using the MERN stack. - Proven track record of delivering full-stack applications from design to deployment. - Strong knowledge of JavaScript/ES6+, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design. - Experience working with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations. - Familiarity with development tools like Git, Docker, Postman, Webpack, etc. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. - Excellent problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset. - Certification in Full Stack Development is a plus.,
