Full stack backend developer

You will be responsible for developing and optimizing backend systems using Django and PostgreSQL to build scalable, high-performance applications. Additionally, you will lead end-to-end architecture, API design, and data management across multiple services. Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving multi-threaded backend issues to enhance performance and reliability. You will also be expected to implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, improving deployment cycles and accelerating releases. Building automation workflows, chatbots, and AI-powered calling agents to boost user engagement will be part of your responsibilities. Collaborating with frontend developers to align backend APIs with UI/UX requirements is also key. Furthermore, you will utilize Power BI and analytics tools to deliver dashboards and actionable insights. - Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Django, and REST API development is required. - Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and Tailwind CSS is preferred. - Strong understanding of PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases is essential. - Familiarity with Azure, GitHub Actions, and DevOps automation workflows is a plus. - Bonus: Experience with AI, chatbots, or machine learning integrations. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset are necessary. - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
