Role Overview: As a Senior Principal Software Engineer - IT at Dell Technologies, you will be a key member of the Software Engineer-IT Team in Bangalore, contributing towards ensuring product integrity and customer satisfaction. Your role will involve turning business requirements into technology solutions through designing, coding, testing/debugging applications, and documenting procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the testing consultant to leader in the IT organization and functional user groups - Lead changes in architecture, methodology, or programming procedures - Assist in crafting the strategic technical and architectural direction to the programming function - Act as prime consultant on large projects that affect the organization's long-term goals and objectives - Acquire detailed specifications from business users and development to ascertain specific output Qualifications Required: Essential Requirements: - Design and implement security controls for AI/ML systems hosted on-premises, including model training, inference, and data pipelines - Secure AI/ML models against adversarial threats such as data poisoning, model inversion, and prompt injection - Architect agentic workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI - Develop ML models for threat detection, anomaly detection, and behavioral analysis - Work with cross-functional teams including data scientists, ML engineers, DevOps, and security analysts Desirable Requirements: - Hands-on experience with MCP, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI - Strong Python programming skills; familiarity with OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral APIs (via private gateways or on-prem deployments) About Dell Technologies: Dell Technologies believes in the power of each individual to make an impact.
