Full Stack Angular - Senior Systems Engineer

• ALLDATA is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our Product development team.Weareonajourneytoexpand our DigitalProduct to Europe along with North America.This positionisresponsible forthedevelopment,maintenance,andsupportofALLDATA s online Products.
• Additionally, these systems will need coordination across US and Mexico development teams, in addition to working closely with business users in Europe and North America. Candidate is expected to have good communication skills in global setup and responsible for end-to-end EPICs and user story delivery in Agile methodology. This includes applying domain knowledge,using technical skills, leading, and mentoring less experienced AutoZoners, supporting the customers, resolving problems,andtraining asrequired.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Governance Process for reviewing project designs and ensuring that solutions adhere to technology standards, are aligned with Business and IT strategy, and are appropriately robust.
• Collaborate with execution teams to provide timely recommendations and drive solution design to the best possible outcomes that align with our Long-Term Strategy and Standards
• Collaborate with Business Stakeholders and Product Owners to develop business capability roadmaps to frame long-term business strategy
• Create,testandsupportsoftwareapplications
• Participate in design sessions with IT Architects and produce high- and low-level designs asnecessary
• Collaboratewithotherengineers intheteamtodelivernewcapabilities.Coachandmentorotherteammembersasneeded
• Quicklyandeffectivelytroubleshoot problems indevelopmentandproductionenvironments
• Responsibleforothersaccurateworkplanningandexecution,accurateprojecttimetracking
• Reviewcodeanddesigns fromotherteammembers
• Providesuggestionsonperformanceimprovementsof existingplatform
• Coordinatewithproductownersandbusinesspartnerstogatherrequirements anddocumentthemas needed

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor sdegreeinComputerScienceorrelatedfieldpreferred.
• 14+ years of experience in the IT industry with hands on development experience and appropriate depth in at least one technology stack
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical / Solutions Architect in Backbone JS + Angular/React frontend, Java and backend are good to have
• 12+years of experienceandexpertiseinBackbone JS and Angular/React
• Advancedtaskestimationandplanningskills
• Experience using Relational Databases (ex. Oracle/Informix/SQL Server etc.), writing SQLqueries. Good to have experience with Mongo DB and search engines like Solr or Elastic
• Must be a team player with great interpersonal and communication skills; time-managementskills arecritical
• Advanced expertise inatleastonetechnicalarea
