Client Details-

Our client is building the bank of 2035 which will leverage AI to serve personalized, financial services to millions of credit-starved Indians.

The client has AI agents deployed across call, WhatsApp & email, which communicate with thousands of borrowers everyday, who are unable to repay and communicate to understand their situation and help them repay. These AI agents are always here to listen. They never get tired and they persistently follow up.

What were looking for

• 2-3 years of experience building software and AI applications.
• Frontend: React JS
• Backend: Node JS, Queueing systems, TypeScript, AWS
• AI - AI agent systems, LLM apps, voice AI stack

What you’ll do

• You’ll build the best verticalized voice AI solution in India, which is second to none.
• Be across the stack - whether it’s frontend, backend, AI or infrastructure.
• You’ll figure out how we’ll scale our agents 100X (and then another 100X, and again) from here.
• You’ll stitch together open-source frameworks, LLMs and business logic into something magical.

Preferred candidate profile

Full-Stack Proficiency: Proven experience in Frontend (React JS and TypeScript) and Backend (Node JS and Python) development.

Hands-on experience building and designing scalable AI/LLM agent systems.

Preferred experience working with Cloud Platforms (AWS/GCP) and distributed systems using Queueing Systems.

Education - UG in Computer Science or a related technical background is required.

Active contributions on GitHub, a strong LinkedIn presence, and a history of participating in hackathons.
