Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Business Development & Sales Manager to expand our footprint in India and international markets. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in project-based sales and business development, particularly in the semiconductor and electronics sectors, including High Purity Chemicals, High Purity Gases, Specialty Gases, Isotopes, Fab Automation, and related domains. Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in chemicals, gases, and semiconductor materials, with a focus on the electronics industry. Manage and grow relationships with both domestic and international clients, ensuring smooth order processing and fulfilment. Establish and maintain strong networks with key stakeholders in government and private sector industries. Collaborate with internal teams for technical evaluations, cost estimation, and resource planning. Attend client meetings, perform site inspections, and participate in trade shows, conferences, and tender presentations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities using internal software systems. Resolve client issues, ensure after-sales support, and maintain long-term customer satisfaction. Provide market intelligence on pricing trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences. Lead deal negotiations and closings to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments to sustain market leadership. Carry out any additional tasks as assigned by the management. Requirements: 2-8 years of proven experience in sales and marketing within the semiconductor and electronics sectors. Strong business development and client acquisition capabilities. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Demonstrated integrity, leadership qualities, and a result-driven mindset. Ability to work on-site in Tiruchirappalli, Tamilnadu, India.
