Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in chemicals, gases, and semiconductor materials, with a focus on the electronics industry. Manage and grow relationships with both domestic and international clients, ensuring smooth order processing and fulfilment. Establish and maintain strong networks with key stakeholders in government and private sector industries. Collaborate with internal teams for technical evaluations, cost estimation, and resource planning. Attend client meetings, perform site inspections, and participate in trade shows, conferences, and tender presentations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities using internal software systems. Resolve client issues, ensure after-sales support, and maintain long-term customer satisfaction. Provide market intelligence on pricing trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences. Lead deal negotiations and closings to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments to sustain market leadership. Carry out any additional tasks as assigned by the management. Requirements: 2-8 years of proven experience in sales and marketing within the semiconductor and electronics sectors. Strong business development and client acquisition capabilities. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop potential customers across domestic and international markets Expand sales channels of speciality gases and penetrate new industrial segments Conduct regular client visits to maintain strong and long-term relationships Perform monthly sales analysis and performance reviews to refine strategic goals Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality after-sales service Manage domestic and export order processing, including documentation and logistics coordination Gather market intelligence and investment insights from related industries Prepare business marketing materials, compile reports, and contribute to strategic documentation Communicate effectively across teams and clients; demonstrate flexible thinking and proactive problem-solving Execute additional tasks and strategic initiatives as assigned by the Director What You Bring Masters degree in business management, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Marketing 1-3 years of experience in specialty gases sales or technical marketing Knowledge of semiconductor-grade gas specifications (e.g., 99.999% purity) Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills Familiarity with ISO 9001, ESG, and safety documentation Willingness to travel across India and support export clients
