About the Role:

Junior FTI Technical Consultants

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support

  FTI (Financial Technology Integration)

  solutions for enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, configure systems, and develop technical solutions.
• Perform system customizations, integration, testing, and deployment tasks.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide post-implementation support.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation and user guides.
• Communicate effectively with US-based teams and clients, adhering to PST working hours.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 4–6 years of technical consulting experience with specialization in

  FTI systems or related enterprise technologies

  .
• Solid understanding of enterprise software integration and configuration.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently in remote and distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with US clients or in global project environments.
• Valid US Visa or Green Card (preferred but not mandatory).
• Familiarity with enterprise financial systems and integration tools.
