We are looking to hire a highly motivated, hands-on Executive who will be responsible for the Maintenance or Preventive Maintenance (PM) function in the Cells plant, supporting the strategic ambition to be the world's leading solar cell producer.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform equipment-related tasks in compliance with SOP, SWG, OPL, and checklists, including mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
Execute Preventive Maintenance (PM), material or parts refurbishment, and replenishment.
Perform any additional related tasks assigned by superiors.
Report to the Assistant Supervisor or Senior/Team Member.
Uphold 5S standards and ensure safety compliance.
Perform Level 1 & 2 Preventive Maintenance and equipment troubleshooting according to WI & OCAP.
Maintain a safe, clean, and tidy work environment at all times.
Execute all reliability engineering practices and programs in the plant.
Assure continuous reliability of production equipment and processes to achieve high equipment productivity and low downtime.
Perform TPM, Preventive Maintenance (PM), and Predictive Maintenance (PDM) activities according to schedules planned by the Equipment Engineer.
Ensure equipment is well maintained.
Participate in installation and commissioning processes.
Improve the useful life of plant, equipment, and machinery.
Actively participate in key projects such as tool utilization, cost reduction, production yield improvement, new machine qualification, downtime optimization, OEE improvement, and new parts evaluation/qualification using Six-Sigma, Gemba, Kaizen, or similar methodologies.
Perform other duties as assigned. Duties will vary according to project progress and/or the specific goals of the division.
Achieve all KPIs set by the Shift Associate Equipment Engineer or Team Member.
Act as a mentor to train new Equipment and PM Technicians, enhancing their capabilities.
