FTE Analyst

Role Overview: Bain Capability Network is looking for an Analyst to join their team in New Delhi. As an Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting global Bain case teams, client development teams, and industry/capability practices. You will be responsible for generating industry and company insights, developing analytical models, and creating presentations to help clients achieve sustainable competitive advantage. Key Responsibilities: - Comprehend client needs and challenges, and adapt to case expectations by resolving discrete issues and driving consensus. - Identify and apply relevant analytical tools, ensuring zero-defect analysis in your work stream. - Generate and screen realistic solutions based on research and analysis of the client's business/industry, and communicate insights effectively to the team. - Structure communication of insights and ensure a logical flow of information in presentations, delivering clear and professional presentations to team leaders and managers. - Seek and provide actionable feedback in all interactions to continuously improve performance.
