Lucas India Service Limited (LIS) is an automotive aftermarket organization established in 1930, providing solutions to vehicle manufacturers across various categories. The company manufactures Ignition Coils, Solenoid Switches, and distributes Auto Electrical parts, Automotive Batteries, and more. LIS offers specialized training in Auto Electrical products and Diesel Fuel Injection systems.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Service Officer (FSO) located in Varanasi. The FSO will be responsible for providing service solutions in Auto Electrical and Diesel Fuel Injection systems. Day-to-day tasks include servicing dealers, vehicle manufacturers, state transport undertakings, defence establishments, and fleet operators.

Qualifications

Experience in Auto Electrical products and Diesel Fuel Injection systems
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Knowledge of automotive parts and systems
Technical certification in Auto Electrical or related field is a plus
Previous experience in servicing vehicles is beneficial
