Minimum Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).2. 8+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture/development, with a strong focus on Field Service solutions.3. Custom development experience utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), FSL, API consumption (via Mulesoft)4. Proven ability to design end-to-end Salesforce solutions, including system integrations and custom development.5. Expertise in Field Service concepts, including scheduling, optimization, and resource management.6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.7. Field Service SME with a Salesforce Field Service Consultant Certification
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.2. Additional certifications in Salesforce Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud.3. Experience with other enterprise platforms and integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, APIs).4. Additional Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect or System Architect.
