Key Responsibilities
• Develop and customize FSL modules: service territories, scheduling rules, mobile workflows, work orders, and technician mobility features.
• Implement business logic using Apex classes, Apex triggers, Asynchronous Apex (Queueable, Batch, Scheduled).
• Use Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, or Flows to enhance user experience and automate processes.
• Write efficient SOQL and SOSL queries, ensuring enforcement of security using WITH SECURITY_ENFORCED and CRUD/FLS checks for compliance with Salesforce platform limits.
• Configure and secure data access using profiles, roles, sharing rules, and permission sets.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or Salesforce callouts.
• Build Flows and Process Builder automations to improve user operations and reduce coding. • Participate in Agile/Scrum cadence: code reviews, backlog grooming, technical documentation, and release cycles.
Required Skills
• Salesforce development experience with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, Visualforce.
• Deep understanding of FSL data model, scheduling, Dispatch Console, and mobile offline UX.
• Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Security Model, including CRUD/FLS enforcement using WITH SECURITY_ENFORCED, Schema describe methods, and user-mode DML/SOSL queries.
• Strong experience building REST or SOAP APIs and callouts, integrating with external services. • Proficiency with Flow automation, asynchronous operations, and batch processing in Apex.
• Working knowledge of Service Cloud objects: Work Orders, Cases, Service Appointments, Asset Management.
• Solid Agile/Scrum experience and deployment pipeline knowledge
