We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with 0 to 1 years of experience to join our team as an Associate Consultant - Staff - Intern in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and a strong passion for learning and growing. ### Roles and Responsibility Perform audit functions, including control interviews, walkthroughs, preparing audit narratives, and executing audit testing. Assist the audit team with audits, including financial, operational, regulatory, and IT-related audits, to achieve audit objectives. Demonstrate an application and solution-based approach to problem-solving while executing client engagements and documenting working papers. Prepare reports summarizing work performed and audit issues, providing recommendations for resolution or improvement. Suggest ideas for improving engagement productivity and identify opportunities for enhancing client service. Collaborate with performance improvement professionals on multidisciplinary engagements, helping major global clients transform and sustain business performance. ### Job Requirements Graduated in Accounting/Business from a reputed university. Master’s degree in Business, Chartered Accountancy, ACCA, or CPA is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions. Multitasking skills and strong academic aptitude are required. Demonstrated success in completing team projects and working in a team environment. Dedication to building a career in audit. Strives to gain knowledge of the company and business operations. Personal accountability and urgency in completing assignments and achieving results.
