Frozen Production Chef

• Prepare and cook large batches of food according to standardized recipes designed for freezing.
• Ensure consistency in taste, portion size, and quality across all frozen products.
• Operate kitchen and industrial cooking equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor cooking, cooling, and freezing processes to ensure optimal product integrity.
• Package and label finished meals for freezing and distribution.
• Work closely with the quality control and packaging teams to meet daily production targets.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with hygiene and safety standards (HACCP, BRC, USFDA etc.).
• Monitor inventory levels of raw ingredients and report shortages.
• Assist in the development and testing of new frozen menu items.
• Adhere to all company and regulatory food safety standards.
• Familiar with Samosa, Naan, Paratha, Snacks, Kathi Roll, Idli-Dhosa, Subji sabji curry items and sweets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
