As a highly skilled Front-End & Laravel PHP Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable web applications using Laravel and PHP. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building and integrating REST APIs and middleware services. - Implementing event-driven architectures with queues and real-time data handling. - Working with IoT platforms, device APIs, webhooks, and MQTT for telemetry data ingestion. - Designing and optimizing time-series database solutions (InfluxDB, TimescaleDB, ClickHouse). - Implementing telemetry ingestion pipelines using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or cloud equivalents. - Setting up and maintaining monitoring and alert systems (Grafana, Prometheus, Nagios, PagerDuty, OpsGenie). - Optimizing databases for both business-critical (MySQL/Postgres) and telemetry data storage. - Deploying applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. - Managing cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) for scalability and reliability. - Implementing security best practices including OAuth2, JWT, SAML, and secrets management. Qualifications required for this role include: 1. Strong PHP/Laravel (3+ years) experience. 2. REST API development. 3. Middleware, queues, and event-driven systems. 4. Hands-on experience with IoT platforms, device APIs, MQTT, webhooks. 5. Knowledge of time-series databases (InfluxDB, TimescaleDB, ClickHouse). 6. Telemetry ingestion pipelines (Kafka, RabbitMQ, cloud services). 7. Setup and integration with Nagios, Grafana, Prometheus, PagerDuty, OpsGenie. 8. SLA enforcement and anomaly detection strategies. 9. Proficiency in MySQL/Postgres for business logic. 10. Time-series DB optimization for telemetry-heavy workloads. 11. Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipeline experience. 12. Cloud platforms: AWS/Azure. 13. Identity management with OAuth2, JWT, SAML. 14. Secrets management: Vault, AWS Secrets Manager. Additionally, it is beneficial to have experience in front-end frameworks such as Vue.js, React, or Angular, a strong understanding of system performance tuning, and prior work in IoT-driven applications.
